• Brand inputs and prompts — Brand descriptions, campaign briefs, prompts, product details, target channels, style directions, and other information you enter.
• Linked brand content — Website URLs, social profile links, logos, brand guidelines, product pages, and other brand assets referenced through links you include in prompts. We may temporarily fetch and cache linked content to provide the service, and cached copies are deleted after processing.
• Generated assets — Images, campaign assets, previews, edits, and related generation metadata created through the service.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, request logs, and usage events used for security, abuse prevention, analytics, and service improvement.
• Cookies and similar technologies — Small files or local storage data used for essential site operation, preferences, analytics, and security.

If you choose to create an account, we may additionally collect:

• Email address, username, and profile information you provide.
• Authentication data, such as encrypted password credentials or OAuth account identifiers.
• Saved campaigns, generated assets, brand profiles, preferences, credits, orders, subscriptions, and account activity.
• Payment and billing records handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Akay.
• Analyze your brand inputs and linked content to generate on-brand marketing assets, images, copy, campaign concepts, and related outputs.
• Process generations, edits, downloads, account features, credits, subscriptions, and payments.
• Save your campaigns, assets, brand profiles, and preferences when you use account features.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, spam, security incidents, and technical issues.
• Communicate with you about account activity, service updates, support requests, billing, and policy changes.
• Analyze aggregate or anonymized usage trends to improve product quality, model prompts, reliability, and user experience.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in limited situations, including:

• With infrastructure, hosting, storage, analytics, payment, email, authentication, and AI service providers that help us deliver Akay.

For users without accounts:

• Temporarily cached assets fetched from links in prompts are deleted after processing, typically within 24 hours.
• Generated campaign assets may be stored temporarily and deleted after 7 days.
• Brand inputs, prompts, and usage events may be anonymized or aggregated and retained for service improvement, security, and quality analysis.

For users with accounts:

• Account information is retained until you delete your account or request deletion, subject to legal, security, billing, and fraud-prevention retention needs.
• Saved campaigns, generated assets, brand profiles, and preferences are retained until you delete them, delete your account, or request removal.
• Billing, transaction, and compliance records may be retained as required by applicable law and accounting obligations.

6. Your Content and Brand Assets

You retain ownership of the brand assets, prompts, descriptions, and other content you provide or reference. By submitting prompts or linking brand content, you authorize Akay to fetch, cache, process, transform, and use that content solely as needed to provide the service to you, operate the product, enforce safety rules, and improve reliability.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide or link any brand assets, logos, guidelines, images, product information, or third-party content used with Akay.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep the website and account features working. We may also use analytics cookies or similar technologies to understand how visitors use Akay and improve performance. You can set your browser to block or alert you about cookies, but some parts of the service may not work properly.
